Update 3/3: The Porsche didn’t meet reserve at EUR27050.
From 26/2:
The Porsche 911 has been around for a long time. It is without doubt one of the most iconic sports cars ever. It has developed quite a bit over the years since its inception in the 1960s. In the 1980s that development culminated (for a while) in the Porsche 959. One of the fastest and most exclusive Porsches ever made.

From 19/2:
For sale in Manchester in the UK is this lovely and pretty rare BMW 3200CS Coupe, designed by Bertone. This car was produced in between the legendary Type 503/507 and the 1960s 2800CS series. It was fitted with a V8 engine and capable of 125mph. Around 600 of these cars were produced. There is not really another car where chrome wheelarch extensions work so well than on the BMW Coupé. Maybe it is because of the combination with the rest of the chrome detailing on the car. Maybe it’s because the chrome contrasts nicely with the dark blue paint. We love these cars, and this one in particular ticks all our boxes.

16/1: The M3 sold with a Buy-It-Now not surprisingly.
From 9/1:
The auction for this mint looking Beemer has less than 24 hours to run, and with the price only a grand under the Buy-it-Now price there is still a bargain to be had. Even though this car has nearly 90000 miles under the belt, from the pictures it looks absolutely stunning. Like a true wolf in wolfs clothing.

From 3/1:
This is an unfinished project. The seller, who has 20 years experience as a car painter, has to let go because of health problems. He also has more than 11 years of experience with extreme tuning projects, and by God … it shows. What a monster Group 5 Ford racer he’s created! Fantastic!

If you hadn’t noticed already, the all original Golf GTI is a classic. And quickly appreciating in price. You’ll be hard pressed though to find a mint pre-1980s 1.6-litre example with small rear lights. Chances are you will have to settle for the later 1.8-litre, fuel-injected Mark I version with the bigger rear lights, but not to worry … ClassicCarHunter has found two pretty good examples, both originally uncovered in the South of France.

If you missed out on last week’s sale of this Audi Sport Quattro remake for sale in the US out of Holland, don’t worry. It didn’t make its reserve price, so you’re still in with a chance. If though, in these economic circumstances you’re not sure to splash out EUR55000, ClassicCarHunter has found you a cheaper tribute Quattro for sale in the UK.

It is a pretty exclusive club you find yourself in when you own the ultimate 2002, the Turbo version. Only 1671 of them were made between 1973 and 1975, around 1000 in Chamonix white and about 600 in Polaris Silver. But it’s more exclusive than that as quite a few ended up wrapped around trees as they “suffered” from serious turbolag.

With prices of the much-desired CSL version of the BMW E9 reaching silly amounts in some cases, demand for the other versions of this beautiful car will likely only increase. Here is a pretty unique 2800 CS that had some chopping and changing done to it. With pretty good result …

The Audi Quattro is undoubtedly one of the most significant rally cars ever made. When the rally car first came out, as rally entry rules dicated, Audi made about 500 homologation cars. These proved so popular with the buying public, that eventually more than 11,000 rolled out of the factory.
